Caroline is one of our earliest support beneficiaries from 2015. Congratulations to her for being 6 years cancer free.
"My name is Caroline. I am a widow and a mother of 4 children. I am a breast cancer survivor. In 2015, I was diagnosed with breast cancer after noticing a lump under my armpit. I had to go through chemotherapy, surgery and radiation.
CancerAware Nigeria supported part of my treatment then and to the glory of God, I am 6 years cancer free.
Recently in 2021, when I needed to do my health review, CancerAware also supported me by covering the costs of my tests.
I am very grateful to them for their help over the years. God bless the organisation!"
