The World Cancer Congress is the largest gathering of cancer stakeholders, advocates, researchers and public health experts from over 150 countries. It is organised by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), the global cancer control body.
It aims to strengthen the participants' action and impact on national, regional and international scales through a multidisciplinary programme that features the latest successful interventions in cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and care.
This year's conference took place in Geneva, Switzerland from the 18th - 20th October 2022 and is the first in-person edition since the COVID-19 pandemic.
